    NEWSFLASH:
    RED, WHITE, AND BLUE PLAIN BAGEL IS AVAILABLE TO CELEBRATE JULY 4, 2019 FROM JULY 2-4, 2019!

    So I came into get one around noon today!

    I really do love this location.

    All of the team members seem very kind-behind the counter-and it was full of patrons today!  It was nice that they served people at their seating location by name!

    FYI-Per the FREE WIFI-you must sign in and stipulate to their terms before you are allowed to access the FREE WIFI.

    I love Einstein Bagels food, it's consistent.
    Review purely based on Service:
    This locations service is always a total s* show.  The wait  is always ridiculous due to low staffing levels. Also, they never have their Grub Hub tablet working, so when you place a pickup order and pay via Grub Hub you arrive only to find out they never received or started your order. You end up waiting and your original purpose of order via Grub Hub was counterproductive.  The location is in one of the busiest locations in the city so this is really disappointing and frustrating.

    Grrrreat bagels! Really fresh and tasty. I recommend the Avocado Toast - yummy!
    Service was quick and very nice.

    Yummy, tasty bagels, and sweet treats. I love their coffee also. All of their bagels and treats were amazing and so feeling. The staff is so sweet and helpful when it comes to choosing the right item from the menu. This location was super convenient to me because it's right next to my school, so I would stop here in between classes or on my way home from classes. I love a good bagel and this place hits the spot when you're wanting some good bread.

    8am on Sunday morning. There was nobody waiting in line. I was promptly greeted, placed my order, and was out in under 10 minutes total. The cashier's name was Gabby, like me, and she was extra friendly and helpful in assisting me with my order. I even heard her greet the next customer by name, showing me that this is a location with regulars and very attentive staff. My food was to my liking and I can't complain. Definitely an excellent alternative to an egg sandwich that would've cost me $30 for room service at the Park Hyatt where I was staying around the corner.
